Nathaniel A. Chin, MD is a board certified Internal Medicine doctor who is currently a Geriatrics fellow at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.  He is in the process of creating a dementia specific fellowship for the UW which he himself will undergo this fall.  MyminD is a platform Nathaniel wanted to create to explain where his journey in Geriatrics and dementia began and a place for those dealing with the disease.
